Taking Inventory

I want to inspire others, but if I don’t truly open up I will inspire no one.  It genuinely is down to me.  So for challenge one I see what I have faced and I acknowledge that the only thing holding me back from moving forward strong is me.  I need to stop settling and accepting and start busting balls.  I have goals.  It’s time to achieve them.

What 20 Years of Dieting to Lose Weight Taught Me...

Growing up, I was a bean pole. How to do it all...

Over time I have lost count of how many times I have had someone say to me "I don't know how you do it all".   Until now, I have always just thought to myself, well I just do!  But lately I have been thinking more about it and I realise it isn't something I just do, but a conscious choice that I have made in life and therefore there is a 'how' to it. Why you can take your hindsight and put it somewhere it would be rude of me to mention...

It's been a while since I have written.  I'm one of those people who prefers to write when I have something meaningful to say, and although I have had a few things up my sleeve, the time for a writing break was important.   There's been a lot going on in the day to day.  The wonderful experience that was The Suffolk Show debut, changes at home and growing the business.  There was also the great evening with Dan Keeley.  I wanted to give them my time and come back to write when I felt I had something to say that meant more than just 'woo yeah I launched my new range' or 'Dan Keeley is amazing'.  I mean he...
